Returns, Cancel and Exchange Policy

We aim towards complete customer satisfaction. In case you’re not happy with any products you have purchased, you can simply return the item(s) and we’ll send you a replacement or refund your money.

You can return an item to us, provided you do so within the period of 5 days. If your order has been placed online, please email us at (Specified Email) for a refund or exchange provided on the order receipt.

Please read our Returns and exchange information and instructions as well as our terms and conditions carefully -:

  1. Items should be in their original condition

  2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging

  3. Items should be returned within 15 days of the day you bought them with a receipt.

How to return an item by post

We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items.

  1. Tell us the reason why you’re returning the item(s) and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

  2. Post your item back to us.



In case of order cancelation, we will refund the full order value within a week.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect (If we send you a wrong item), we apologize for the inconvenience. You’ll be refunded for the original item price.


We’ll make the refund to the card that had been used to pay for the original order.
