I thank God that my children had the opportunity to be a part of the MIM Children’s fellowship as I find them very excited and eager to partake in it. I am overwhelmed to see them come forward to pray and narrate stories by themselves. Since my husband is still not saved, I often wondered how I could bring up my children in Christ. But seeing them now, I’m sure that the words that are planted in their minds will reap a great harvest later. It is wonderful to see how the Lord is leading us through it all. I have also been a part of the 40 Day Bible reading and I find it very uplifting. I’m glad the Lord chose me to be part of this during the lockdown. I praise God for MIM ministries as it has touched our family. The weekly leadership meetings have been very instrumental for me to grow more spiritually. I thank and praise the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Bro. Dikki encountered a loss in his business and hence he did not have a job for 3 long years. He had to earn a living with his sister’s earnings. His wife too got separated from him at this stage. But we met him and prayed for him and spoke to him about the Word of God. What a surprise! His wife has got reunited with him within a week. And after 3 1/2 years, he has now started a chicken business. Let’s thank God for this miracle and also pray that his business venture succeeds.
I’m very grateful to the Lord for making
me read the entire Bible through the 40 Day Bible reading. The Lord helped me realize that He is ready to pour out His grace on us but are we prepared to receive it? He helped me wait on Him and receive His grace every day. He helped me sit in His presence like Mary did and meditate on His word. Though there were a lot of challenges, He enabled me to complete reading the Bible mindfully. The verse that says, ‘You have forsaken the love you first had’ resonated within me. There were days when I used to wake up at 4 AM just to read the Bible and meditate on it but I gave up on it. During these 40 days, the Lord enabled me to wake up at 3:30 AM and dwell on His word again. There were a lot of verses that convicted me of my wrong ways and strengthened me to change myself. The Lord taught me that it is not sufficient if we only read the scriptures but also need to abide by it. The Lord kept me just like He had promised me. I’m glad the Lord chose me to be a part of this and helped me study the Bible. I thank the Lord for using Bro Jesudian in guiding and encouraging all of us to read the scripture and for making this happen.
